The filming schedule I am creating i have to think about various essential factors to make a well adjusted schedule. I need to initially make sure that the actor we have chosen will star in our music video is available on the date and time of filming our music video through the month of January. I want to complete production with performance scenes in a open field and a church.
The song I am using in my music video is quite a steady, calm beat and my shot list is quite long but i wanted to keep it simple. I selected to shoot the scenes that will take longer and are more complicated to film first so that we are not stuck at the end. The main scenes consist of our actor lip syncing along to the track and where he is around a few trees. These scenes have a minimal amount of props which will take a short amount of time to set up. I will also film multiple shots of the same scene from various angles which will help me to increase the production time. The track is relatively steady beat this means the editing will be quick and rapid. There will be more of a variety of shots and angles.

We initially want to record the performance scenes then we want to record the narrative scenes. This is because they are not featured as much in the music video and the scenes are quite short. I want to shoot the scenes where our actor is in the field in approximately half an hour. where he is preparing to exit his car would take less the amount of time to shoot. However the scenes where my actor approaches the field will take half of that time. I wanted to shoot that scene carefully and quickly, because there could be members of the public walking or driving around who could potentially intrude and ruin the shot. The scenes are easy for the actor physically and during the narrative part of the video will all be shot on the same day. It will take place most likely on a Wednesday because it suits us best.
